One small thing that really helps: please describe the barrier in words rather than sending a screenshot. I use a screen reader, so a written account — what you were trying to do, where it broke down, and what happened instead — is what lets me find the problem and fix it. It’s also, fittingly, the most accessible way to report an access barrier.
